Configuring system date and loading standard ratios

From the Settingstab in the System Administration section of the Command Center, you can set the system year and month and load standard financial ratios, which are distributed with the Financial Institutions client software during initial system setup.

Setting system year and month

To set system year and month: 

1. From the Command Center, click System Administration, then click Settings if it is not already selected.

2. From the Select Month drop-down, select the system month.

3. From the Select Year drop-down, select the system year.

4. Click Save.

Loading standard ratios

The utility contains standard financial ratios distributed with the software. This utility only needs to be run once on system set up.

To load standard ratios:

1. From the Command Center, click System Administration, then click Settings if it is not already selected.

2. Under Load Standard Ratios, click Open.

   NOTE: The utility opens in the Axiom Desktop Client.

3. In the Main ribbon tab, click Refresh.

4. In the Refresh Variables dialog, enter the account number in the field provided, then click OK.

5. In the Main ribbon tab, click Save.
